Export Documentation and Logistics

The dispatch desk books ocean, rail and air freight out of Wuhan, Shanghai and Shenzhen, and prepares the full document pack: commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, fumigation and inspection certificates where required, and any consular legalisation your destination market demands.

Every consignment receives a waybill number at booking, and documents are transmitted to your broker before the vessel sails so clearance work starts while the goods are still at sea. Weekly written status updates replace the usual chase for information.

Supplier Vetting and Quality Control

Before a factory joins our register we verify its business licence, export history, production capacity and social compliance paperwork, and we visit the floor in person. During production our inspectors check raw materials at kick-off, dimensions and workmanship at mid-line, and finished cartons against a written AQL sampling plan before loading.

You receive a photo-documented inspection report with every checkpoint, so acceptance decisions are made on evidence rather than assurance, and problems are caught while they are still cheap to fix.

E-commerce Channel Operations
